Ruling on fasting the tenth of Dhu'l-Hijjah
Introduction: Praise be to Allah, praise him, seek him, seek forgiveness and repent to him, and seek refuge in God from the evils of ourselves, and from the evil of our actions, who is guided by God is not misguided to him, and who misleads not guided him, and I bear witness that there is no god but God alone and no partner, Abdo and his Messenger, peace be upon him and his family and companions and recognized a lot. After: God has decreed for his slaves a strong religion, easy permission, which is not forbidden, and there is nothing wrong with it: “What made you in the religion of the embarrassment of the religion of your father Abraham (Al-Hajj, verse 78), encompassing all aspects of life, religious and secular, Ethics and etiquette, and other provisions. Then what kind of test and test, and mercy and facilitation, in order to test the actions of the taxpayer, is limited to that in accordance with the printing and hobby, or do what Reza Mallah? Do not you see that the acts of worship are purely physical, such as prayer, and what is purely financial, such as zakat, and what is physical, such as Hajj. And five of them, such as the five prayers, including what is throughout the week, such as the summers, including what is in the year once, fasting Ramadan, including what is in the old once, the pilgrimage to the House of God.
Then God made the seasons and virtuous occasions repeated on
his slaves year after year, year after year; to be a singer for the two, and a
field to compete the competitors, fasting Ramadan, pilgrimage to the Holy Land,
and the first ten of the month of Dhu al-Hijjah, which God honored all other
days, It is one of the types of worship, especially the fifth pillar of Islam
is the pilgrimage. Therefore, some of its provisions, or some of its

me for several reasons, including:

and its people.
4 - What raised some of the scholars of science - in recent
years - to say the illegality of fasting, and to consider that the mistakes in
which the public.
